Lead sources

Install the Arraxis WordPress plugin

Install the free Arraxis Leads plugin, paste your connection key and tick the forms to send. Works with Contact Form 7, WPForms and more.

Arraxis Leads is a free, lightweight plugin that sends your WordPress form submissions to Arraxis as leads. You do not need to match fields, because the plugin already sends the phone, email and name for you.

It works with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Pro forms, Fluent Forms and Forminator.

Before you start

  • You need an Arraxis login that can open Settings → Lead Sources (an owner or manager).
  • You need to be able to install plugins on your WordPress site.

Install and connect

  1. In Arraxis, open Settings → Lead Sources, press Add a source, and choose Website on WordPress.
  2. Press Download Arraxis Leads. This downloads a zip file. Do not unzip it.
  3. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Choose the file, press Install Now, then Activate.
  4. Open Settings → Arraxis Leads. Paste the connection key from Arraxis and press Save key. The page says "Connected to" followed by your Arraxis address.
  5. In box 2, tick the forms that should send leads, or press Send all forms, then press Save forms. Forms are off until you tick them, so a newsletter or job application form never becomes a lead by accident.
  6. In box 3, press Send a test. The source card in Arraxis says "Test received". A test never becomes a lead.
  7. Fill in one of your forms. The lead appears in Arraxis within a minute, together with the page it came from and the campaign (UTM) details and ad click ids of the visit.

Keep the connection key private. Anyone who has it can send leads to your Arraxis.

WooCommerce cash-on-delivery orders

If you sell with WooCommerce, you can send cash-on-delivery orders as leads. Open Settings → Arraxis Leads → Options and turn on "WooCommerce: send cash-on-delivery orders as leads". It is off by default.

How the plugin behaves

  • Your visitors are never slowed down. The plugin sends the lead in the background after the form is submitted.
  • If Arraxis cannot be reached, the plugin tries again after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours and 24 hours. Then it keeps the submission so you can press Retry now.
  • Nothing arrives twice. A repeated delivery is recognised and ignored.
  • If you replace the key in Arraxis, sending pauses without losing anything. Paste the new key and the waiting submissions go through.
  • Spam is not sent. Gravity Forms, Forminator and Fluent Forms spam flags are respected. Contact Form 7 and WPForms run their own checks first.
  • Personal data does not stay on your site. The submission is deleted from your site as soon as Arraxis confirms it, and the log shows no field values.
