How does WhatsApp connect?
Through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. While Meta’s review of Arraxis is in progress, our team connects your number with you. If your number is on the WhatsApp Business app, it can keep working side by side where Meta supports this.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta bills your own card directly, and Arraxis adds nothing. Under Meta’s current pricing, replies within 24 hours of the customer’s last message are free; template messages are charged by Meta per country. Arraxis shows the cost of each message.
Do customer email replies come back into Arraxis?
Customer replies go to your own reply-to address, so you keep your normal email inbox.
