Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?

Where Meta supports it, your number can keep working in the WhatsApp Business app side by side.

Who pays for WhatsApp messages?

Meta bills your own card directly. Under Meta’s current pricing, replies within 24 hours of the customer’s last message are free; template messages are charged per country. Arraxis adds nothing.
