Facebook and Instagram lead ads, Google Ads lead forms, website forms and WhatsApp, through official connections. Every lead lands in the client’s own list.For now: while Meta’s review of Arraxis is in progress, Facebook lead ads and WhatsApp are connected with help from our team.

How does the agency console work?
It shows every client business on one screen with totals across all of them, sorted so the clients that need attention come first, with the reasons shown. Press Open to work inside a client, and use the banner to come back.
Do my clients pay Arraxis?
No. Client businesses your agency pays for are never asked to pay Arraxis themselves. You get one bill: the Agency plan with 5 clients included, then $39 a month for each extra client.
Can I charge my clients my own price?
You can charge whatever you like, but you invoice your clients yourself, outside Arraxis. Billing clients through Arraxis at your own price is not available yet.
Can my clients log in themselves?
Yes. Invite them to their own workspace as an Owner, or as a Viewer who sees leads and reports without changing anything. They see your agency as “Managed by” in their sidebar.
What if a client wants to leave?
Their data stays theirs: leads can be exported any time. You can stop managing a business from the console, and a business that pays for itself can remove your agency’s access.
Who pays for WhatsApp and text messages?
Each client business connects its own WhatsApp and text message (SMS) accounts, which bill that business directly at cost. Arraxis adds no markup.
Can I manage several businesses?
Yes. One login can switch between client workspaces, and the Agency plan includes 5 client businesses.
Do you offer white-label?
Not yet. It is on our roadmap.
