Step 1

In Google Ads, open the lead form and find the webhook integration option.
Step 3
Paste the address and the key, then press Send test data.

When the card says "Test received", save the lead form.
How you know it worked: The source card says "Test received" after Google’s test, and warns you if the key does not match.
