Encrypted connections
Everything between your browser, our servers and the services we connect to travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Hashed passwords
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in readable form.
Encrypted connection keys
Tokens for Facebook, WhatsApp, Google and other connections are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
Each business kept apart
Every workspace is separated at the database level with row-level security, so one business can never see another’s data.
Role-based access
Six roles from Owner to Viewer limit what each person can see and change.
Audit log
Admin changes are written to an audit log.
Official APIs only
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google connect through their official APIs. No scraping, no browser tricks.
Export and deletion
Export your leads any time. Ask us and we delete your workspace.
AI and privacy
Clear rules for AI.
AI helps your team; it doesn’t take over. These rules apply to every AI feature.
- AI features are off until they are switched on for your workspace.
- Only what each task needs is sent to the AI provider. Phone numbers, email addresses, payment details and staff notes are never sent.
- Suggested replies are drafts a person sends. The AI receptionist always says it is an AI.
- Customers can opt out by writing "No AI".
- Call transcripts are deleted after 30 days. Call recording is off unless you turn it on.
- Ad platforms only receive neutral stage names (such as "Booked") and hashed contact details, never health information.

Arraxis is a sales and booking CRM, not a medical records system. It does not sign HIPAA business associate agreements, so don’t store clinical notes, diagnoses or treatment records in it.
