This page explains how to have your data deleted from Arraxis. Arrax Marketing sells and operates Arraxis. It is the data controller for account data, and the processor for the lead and customer data that businesses put into Arraxis. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

1. How to request deletion

  1. Email support@arraxis.site with the subject Data deletion request.
  2. Tell us the phone number or email address your data is held under. If you are a business, also tell us your workspace name.
  3. We verify the request, so that only you can delete your data. We may ask you to confirm from that email address or phone number.
  4. We permanently delete the data within 30 days.
  5. We confirm in writing once it is done.

2. If you are a customer of a business that uses Arraxis

If a business collected your details, for example through a Facebook lead form or a booking page, that business controls your data. Please contact that business first and ask it to delete your data. We will help it do so.

If you cannot reach the business, send us a deletion request as described above, and we will help.

3. Disconnecting Facebook

To stop Arraxis receiving data from your Facebook account or Page:

  1. In Meta Business Settings, go to Integrations → Connected apps. Or, on facebook.com, go to Settings → Apps and websites.
  2. Find Arraxis and remove it.

Lead delivery to Arraxis stops immediately. Removing the app does not erase records Arraxis has already received. To erase those, send us a deletion request as described in section 1.

4. Disconnecting Google Calendar

In Arraxis, go to Settings → Calendar & Booking and choose Disconnect. This revokes our access to your Google Calendar and deletes the stored tokens and synced event records.

You can also remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Deleting a whole workspace

A workspace Owner or Admin can ask us to delete the whole workspace. Send a deletion request as described in section 1 from your account email address, and tell us the workspace name.

This deletes everything in the workspace, including all leads, conversation and activity history, and team member accounts. This cannot be undone.

6. Export your data first

Before you ask for deletion, you can ask us for an export of your data. Once data is deleted, we cannot get it back.

7. Automatic deletion

If a trial ends without a paid plan, or a subscription ends, the workspace becomes read-only. We keep the data for 60 days. After that it may be deleted. We send reminder emails first.

8. What we may keep

We may keep a limited amount of data where the law requires it, such as invoices for tax purposes. Deleted data is removed from backups on our normal backup cycle.
