This Cookie Policy explains how Arraxis uses cookies. Arrax Marketing sells and operates Arraxis, and is the data controller for account data and for visitors to our website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data more generally.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar tools, such as local storage and tracking pixels, work in a similar way. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.

Some cookies are strictly necessary. A site cannot work properly without them, for example to keep you signed in. Others are used for analytics or advertising. The law usually needs your consent for those.

2. Our website: arraxis.site

Our marketing website sets no cookies. It loads no analytics and no advertising pixels by default.

If we later add cookieless analytics (for example Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics) or advertising pixels, we will update this policy first. Advertising pixels will only load after you give consent through a cookie banner.

3. The Arraxis app: app.arraxis.site

The app uses only strictly necessary cookies. They keep you signed in and keep your session secure. Because they are strictly necessary, they do not need your consent.

The app uses no advertising cookies.

When you connect another service, such as Google Calendar or Meta, you are taken to that company's site. It may set its own cookies under its own policy.

4. Booking pages and forms on other websites

A business can embed an Arraxis booking page or form on its own website. These embedded pages and forms are part of the app, so the rules in section 3 apply to them.

The website they are embedded in belongs to that business. It may set its own cookies, and the business is responsible for them.

5. How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the app.

6. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy before we change how we use cookies. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
