How fast do leads arrive?
Usually within seconds of the form being sent.
Does it work with Zapier or Make?
Yes. Zapier, Make or any tool that can send a webhook can create leads, and Arraxis can tell your other apps when things happen.
Does it connect to Shopify orders?
No, only your store’s contact form. For cash-on-delivery confirmation, send orders through Zapier, Make or a webhook, or add them in Arraxis.
What about duplicates?
When the same person enquires again, it is added to their open lead as "Enquired again" and the owner is told. Duplicates can be merged.
