Will it pretend to be a person?
No. It always says it is an AI assistant, and customers can opt out by writing "No AI".
How does it know my prices?
Only from what you write in "What the AI may say" and your own price list. If a price is missing, it says the price needs to be confirmed instead of guessing.
How does the AI phone receptionist work?
It answers calls on your number from your information, saves the caller as a lead, books appointments and creates a call-back task when a person is needed. Monthly minute limits keep costs predictable. Live transfer to a person is coming.
Who pays for phone minutes?

Will it message customers on its own?
