Arrax Marketing sells and operates Arraxis. It is the data controller for account data and website visitors. For the lead and customer data that businesses put into Arraxis, Arrax Marketing is the processor and each business is the controller.
A sub-processor is a company we use to help us process personal data when we provide Arraxis. This page lists them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and our Terms of Service explain our role as a processor.

Notes
- Twilio is not our sub-processor. SMS is sent through each business's own Twilio account, under that business's own agreement with Twilio. Twilio is the business's own provider.
- Vapi accounts. A business may also use its own Vapi account for phone minutes. In that case its own agreement with Vapi also applies.
- Other connections. Google Ads lead forms and offline conversions, Shopify, and the WordPress plugin work through the business's own accounts on those services.
- Transfers. Where data moves to another country, such as the United States, we protect it with contracts.
Changes to this list
We update this page before we add or replace a sub-processor. We will also tell workspace Owners by email before a new sub-processor starts handling customer data, so they can raise any concerns. The date at the top shows when this list last changed.
