How is email sent?
From Arraxis’s sending service under your business name, with bounce and complaint handling and an unsubscribe link in every campaign. Customer replies go to your own email address.
How do text messages (SMS) work?
Text messages use your own Twilio account, which bills the texts directly. In the US, business texting needs a registered 10DLC campaign or a verified toll-free number.
How many people can I send to?
Up to 20,000 people per email or SMS campaign. WhatsApp template broadcasts go to up to 500 leads at a time.
