Is there a free trial?

Yes. 14 days with the full features of the plan you choose, and no card needed.

Is there a free plan?

No. Instead there is a full-featured 14-day trial and a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your workspace becomes read-only and automations pause until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted for 60 days.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Any time. Upgrades apply at once; cancellation applies at the end of the period you paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If Arraxis isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of it.

Are there extra fees?

No setup or hidden fees. WhatsApp, SMS and phone carriers bill you directly at cost, and Arraxis adds no markup.

Do you charge per user?

No. Each plan includes users: 3 on Starter, 5 on Growth and 10 on Suite. Extra users are $9, $12 or $15 a month each.

How does yearly billing work?

Pay for 10 months and get 12: yearly billing gives you 2 months free.

Is there a contract?

No. You pay monthly or yearly, with no minimum term beyond the period you paid for. Cancel any time, and the cancellation applies at the end of that period.

What currency and payment methods?

Prices are in US dollars. You pay by card at checkout inside the app. Taxes may be added depending on your country.

Do I need approval from Meta to use WhatsApp?

You need a Meta business account (you can create one while connecting), a phone number that can receive a verification code, and a card in Meta for message costs. Meta approves the wording of template messages: it usually answers within a few hours and can take up to 24.

While Meta’s review of Arraxis is in progress, our team connects WhatsApp with you. If your number is on the WhatsApp Business app, it can keep working side by side where Meta supports this.

How do text messages (SMS) work?

Text messages use your own Twilio account, which bills the texts directly. In the US, business texting needs a registered 10DLC campaign or a verified toll-free number.
